Stateczna Winery Celejów, a small 1-hectare vineyard located in the Kazimierz Landscape Park on the south-western slope of the Małopolska Vistula Gorge. We cultivate both Vitis Vinifera varieties and modern PIWI hybrids. The limestone soil at the foot of the steep slope and the loess plateau ensure that the wines are complex and reflect the character of this place. Since the very beginning of our winemaking journey in 2017, we have been independently growing the vines and vinifying the harvested grapes.
Grapes cultivated: Johanniter, Hibernal, Cabernet Cortis, Solaris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Regent, Muscaris, Chasselas Blanc.
