Arche Group Mission

We are part of the Arche Group, which not only offers hotel services but also actively participates in in pro-social activities. As part of our social commitment, we actively support the Lena Grochowska Foundation, an organization that carries out a number of valuable projects for the benefit of people in need. Our mission is not only to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests, but also to actively integrate with the local community and contribute to the development of the culture of this beautiful region.

Operation Clean River

The topic of ecology and caring for the environment is not foreign to us. Our whole team cares about our planet, everyone loves animals :) Therefore, without a second thought, we joined the “Operation Clean River” campaign. Importantly, the initiative uses the potential and environmental awareness of citizens. It unites around the right idea - preserving clean nature for future generations, teaches respect for nature. It also has an educational dimension. It is not just an ad hoc, one-time cleanup of trash, but an impact on pro-environmental habits.

Plant trees for reservations

#ShareHospitality is another eco-friendly action. Together with Profitroom and posadzimy.pl we are planting a forest! Yes. That's right. We have already bought 100 trees, and for every 10 direct bookings, Pofitroom will buy and plant another tree. This project promotes cooperation, trust and openness in relations between hoteliers, contractors and Guests. By sharing knowledge, experience and best practices, we are creating a friendly and enjoyable experience that positively impacts the surrounding nature first and foremost, builds eco-friendly habits and unites the hotel industry by building partnerships.

We support the culture and traditions of the region

It is very important for us to promote the culture and traditions of the Lublin region. Therefore, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming ambassadors of the culture of Naleczow and the surrounding area. In this way we want to show our guests the unique heritage, traditions and beauty of the region. We organize cultural events, artistic presentations and promote local products and crafts.

We integrate the community

We act as an integral part of the community, engaging in in a variety of initiatives and events that bring together both our guests and the residents of Nałęczów and the surrounding area. In addition, we actively support local companies and entrepreneurs by promoting their products and services and organizing joint actions and events. We are also involved in charitable and social activities, supporting non-governmental organizations and campaigns for the needy.

We focus on the availability of various activities for everyone, organizing events open to Guests and the local community, such as concerts, meetings and exhibitions. Through our activities we want to build social ties, promote values such as solidarity, cooperation and social responsibility, and create a positive atmosphere conducive to the development of the local community.

We get involved in the community not only by organizing events, but also through charitable and social activities. We are ready to help and support local initiatives, contributing to their development. We are aware that social responsibility is not a fancy word. We are active and involved in social causes such as supporting the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, participating in the Operation Clean River project and #ShareHospitality. By supporting and helping others, we take care of the common good.

We educate Young Talents

We support the education and development of young people. Our goal is to organize training courses and workshops to help develop the artistic and creative abilities of local school students. Together, we want young people to steer their gaze boldly toward the future, gaining knowledge and skills that will become the foundation of their personal and professional development.

We support sports

We engage in sports events in order to promote sports among the local community and beyond. Through the organization of national sports events, i.e. Tour de Pologne Women, we show that our region is an attractive place for the realization of great ventures.
