In our pool area, there is a dedicated space for the youngest children. It includes a paddling pool measuring
3.2 m²x 3.3 m²with a surface area of 10.5 m², along with a water umbrella
and a slide. The entire zone is designed to provide children with a safe and enjoyable time in the water, while allowing them to develop swimming skills
and gain confidence in the water. Thanks to the appropriate facilities
and water attractions, the children's pool area is an ideal place for the whole family to spend time.

Heat zone

Sauna zone is a place where you can find different types of saunas used for relaxation and detoxification. In our sauna zone, there is a traditional Finnish sauna (dry), steam bath, and an infrared sauna (Infrared IR). Each type of sauna has its own unique properties and health benefits, and spending time in the sauna helps eliminate toxins from the body, improve blood circulation, soothe muscle pain, and reduce stress. For cooling down, we offer a Bosman bucket and a cold waterfall.

Salt grotto

The salt cave is characterized by a natural environment saturated with salt ions, which have a beneficial effect on the body. In salt caves,
the so-called halotherapy is often used, which is salt treatment that has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and cleansing effects. Additionally, the salt cave is often used for rehabilitation and therapeutic purposes to improve overall health.

Outdoor Jacuzzi

In the summer season, we also invite you to the outdoor jacuzzi on our sunny terrace. The terrace is also equipped with sun loungers and places to relax in the fresh air.

Wellness zone regulations

POOL AREA TERMS OF USE

The regulations specify the rules for using and staying in the Pool Area. The Pool Area includes: the pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, showers, women's changing room, and men's changing room. The regulations apply to all Guests staying in the Pool Area at Arche Nałęczów. The current opening hours of the Pool Area are available at the SPA reception and the main reception.

The provisions of these regulations apply in the Pool Area.
Before entering the Pool Area, please familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations.
Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt from complying with them.
You may only be in the Pool Area during its opening hours.
The facility management may limit, fully or partially, the availability of services in case of sudden necessity.
Bringing devices that record sound and image, as well as recording sound or image, is only allowed with the consent of the Wellness manager.
For your relaxation, please do not bring mobile phones to the Pool Area or switch them off.
Use of the Pool Area is at your own risk.
Minors may use the Pool Area under adult supervision or with their written consent.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants will be asked to leave the Pool Area.
Losing a locker key involves a charge for lock replacement.
Swimwear and changeable footwear are mandatory in the pool area.
Children and adults using diapers are required to have disposable swim diapers designed specifically for swimming.
Avoid heavy meals one hour before planned entry to the Pool Area.
Before entering the pool, please take a shower.
The following are prohibited in the Pool Area: a) smoking, consuming alcohol or other intoxicants, b) creating hazardous situations such as running, drowning others, jumping into the water, c) making noise and disturbing others’ relaxation or safety, d) using rescue and floating equipment for other than intended purposes, e) bringing animals, f) bringing strollers inside, g) bringing food, glass, porcelain, and other items that may pose a danger to other users, h) moving around in inappropriate footwear or clothing, i) throwing any objects not intended for water into the pool, j) damaging equipment, touching or tampering with devices, polluting pool water, k) behavior considered generally indecent or offensive.
Persons whose health condition may pose a risk to themselves or other pool users should not use the pool.
Persons with unstable health should use the facilities with particular caution or after consulting a doctor.
Arche Nałęczów is not responsible for health deterioration caused by improper use of the facilities.
If feeling unwell, immediately leave the pool and inform the staff if necessary.
Every user must promptly inform a lifeguard or other staff about any situation posing a threat to users of the facility.
Persons disturbing public order, violating regulations, or ignoring staff instructions will be asked to leave the Pool Area.
Material responsibility for damage or destruction of equipment lies with the person responsible.
Legal guardians are responsible for minors who damage equipment or devices.
Pollution of the pool, including fecal or vomit incidents or throwing glass, incurs financial sanctions related to water replacement and cleaning (pool basin 8000 PLN, jacuzzi basin 2000 PLN, paddling pool basin 2000 PLN).
Arche Nałęczów is not responsible for items left in the changing rooms or Pool Area. Valuables should be deposited at the main reception or in the room safe.
Arche Nałęczów is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with these regulations.
Personal data of persons using the pool area is processed through video monitoring only within the pool premises to ensure guest safety and protect the property of the Pool Area manager.
The administrator of the processed personal data is Arche Sp. z o.o., ul. Puławska 361, 02-801 Warsaw - the owner of Arche Nałęczów.

All justified requests, comments, and complaints should be submitted in writing to the pool reception, management, or manager on duty during your stay.

Arche Nałęczów provides services according to its category and standards.
