The peaceful atmosphere of the area is conducive both to a moment of reflection and to complete relaxation of body and mind.

In our Wellness Zone there is also an indoor jacuzzi, which provides pleasant relaxation and a soothing water massage. Warm water and gentle bubbles help relax the muscles, reduce tension and restore balance after an active day. It is the ideal place for a moment of regeneration and tranquility. After your bath we also invite you to the relaxation area with comfortable loungers, where you can rest peacefully and prolong the feeling of relaxation.

Wading pool and water attractions for the little ones

Children's water area

In our pool area we have also prepared a special area for the youngest guests. There is a wading pool measuring 3.2 m x 3.3 m (10.5 m²) equipped with an attractive water umbrella, which brings children lots of joy while playing. The entire area has been designed to ensure safety and comfort for the youngest users. It’s an ideal place where children can get comfortable with the water, develop their swimming skills and build confidence. With the water attractions and a friendly space, it is an excellent place for the whole family to spend time together. *From 7:00 PM until closing the pool area is for adults only.

Relaxation in saunas

Warm area - saunas

Sauna area is a place where various types of saunas are located, which serve for relaxation and cleansing of the body. In our sauna area there is a dry (Finnish) sauna, a steam bath and an infrared sauna (Infrared IR). Each type of sauna has its own specific properties and health benefits, and spending time in a sauna helps eliminate toxins from the body, improve blood circulation, soothe muscle aches and reduce stress. For cooling down we offer the Bosun's bucket and the icefall.

Opening hours of the 18+ sauna area:

Sun - Fri 16:00-21:00

Saturdays 9:00-14:00 and 16:00-21:00

Every Friday from 19:30 to 21:00 regular sauna sessions are held (additional fee 39 PLN/person) - during this time the sauna area and the salt grotto are available exclusively for the sessions. Reservations for the sessions are accepted at the pool reception. The number of places is limited.

Brine microclimate and a starry sky for relaxation

Salt cave

Our salt cave with a brine function is a unique relaxation space with a natural microclimate saturated with salt ions. A stay in the cave supports the body thanks to the properties of halotherapy, which has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and cleansing effects on the respiratory tract. Soft lighting with a starry sky effect promotes calm and creates an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Regular use of the cave supports the body's regeneration, improves well-being and may support rehabilitation processes.

The salt cave is located in the sauna area (18+).
Children may use the cave from Monday to Friday between 9:00–13:00.

Summer relaxation and comfort zone

Jacuzzi on the sunny terrace

In the summer season we also invite you to the outdoor jacuzzi, which is located on our sunny terrace. It is the perfect place to relax in warm water while enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings. The terrace has been equipped with comfortable sun loungers and relaxation areas, which encourage blissful relaxation between swims. It is an excellent space for a moment of rest, tranquility and rejuvenation. Summer days on the terrace are a combination of comfort, sunshine and relaxation. We invite you to enjoy this exceptional relaxation area.

Aromas, music and deep relaxation in an intimate atmosphere

Sauna sessions every Friday

We invite you to our regular Friday sauna sessions. This is a unique relaxation ritual that helps relax the body, cleanse the skin and calm the mind. The session begins in the dry sauna, where aromas, atmospheric music and appropriate lighting create a special atmosphere conducive to regeneration. The next stage is the steam sauna combined with a full-body scrub, which perfectly cleanses and smooths the skin. During the session guests can also enjoy refreshing drinks and fresh fruit, which complement the whole ritual and allow you to fully enjoy the moment of relaxation.

Wellness Area Regulations

POOL AREA RULES

These rules set out the terms of use and presence in the Pool Area. The Pool Area includes: the swimming pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, showers, women's changing room and men's changing room. The rules apply to all Guests staying in the Pool Area at Arche Nałęczów. The current opening hours of the Pool Area are available at the SPA reception and at the main reception.

The provisions of these Rules apply in the Pool Area.
Before entering the Pool Area you must familiarize yourself with the applicable Rules.
Ignorance of the Rules does not exempt from compliance.
You may use the Pool Area only during its opening hours.
The facility management may partially or fully restrict access to services in case of sudden necessity.
Bringing sound and image recording devices and recording sound or image is only permitted with the consent of the Wellness manager.
For your relaxation, please do not bring mobile phones to the Pool Area or switch them off.
Use of the Pool Area is at your own risk.
Minors may use the Pool Area under adult supervision or with their written consent.
Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants will be asked to leave the Pool Area.
Losing a locker key entails a charge for lock replacement.
Swimwear and changeable footwear are required in the pool area.
Children and adults wearing diapers are required to use disposable swim diapers designed specifically for bathing.
Avoid heavy meals for one hour before planned entry to the Pool Area.
Please shower before entering the pool.
The following are prohibited in the Pool Area: a) smoking, consuming alcohol or other intoxicants, b) creating dangerous situations, e.g. running, dunking, jumping into the water, c) making noise and disturbing others' rest and safety, d) using rescue and flotation equipment for purposes other than intended, e) bringing animals, f) bringing baby strollers, g) bringing food, glass, porcelain and other items that may pose a danger to other users, h) moving around in footwear and clothing not intended for this purpose, i) throwing any objects into the water that are not meant for it, j) damaging equipment, touching or tampering with devices, contaminating the pool water, k) behavior considered indecent or offensive.
Persons whose health condition may pose a threat to themselves or other pool users should not use the pool.
Persons with unstable health should use the facilities with particular caution or after consulting a doctor.
Arche Nałęczów is not liable for deterioration of health caused by improper use of the facilities.
If you feel unwell, you should immediately leave the pool and, if necessary, inform the staff.
Each user is obliged to immediately notify the lifeguard or other staff of any situations posing a danger to users of the facility.
Persons who disturb public order, violate the Rules or do not comply with staff instructions will be asked to leave the Pool Area.
Material liability for damages lies with the person responsible for the destruction or damage of equipment.
Legal guardians are responsible for minors who damage equipment or devices.
Pollution of the pool, e.g. a fecal or vomit incident or throwing glass into the pool, will result in financial penalties related to water replacement and cleaning (pool basin 8000 PLN, jacuzzi basin 2000 PLN, paddling pool basin 2000 PLN).
Arche Nałęczów is not responsible for items left in the changing room or in the Pool Area. Valuables should be deposited at the main reception or in the in-room safe.
Arche Nałęczów is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with the Rules.
Personal data of persons using the pool area are processed as part of video monitoring, exclusively in the pool area, in order to ensure Guests' safety and to protect the property of the Pool Area operator.
The administrator of the processed personal data is Arche Sp. z o.o., ul. Puławska 361, 02-801 Warsaw - owner of Arche Nałęczów.

All justified requests, comments and complaints should be submitted in writing to the pool reception, management or the on-duty manager during your stay.

Arche Nałęczów provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If the Guest has any reservations regarding the quality of services, please contact the management and the Wellness manager immediately so that prompt action can be taken. We sincerely thank you for complying with the above Rules. If you have any additional questions, the pool reception is at your disposal during opening hours.
