Our history - Militia Sanatorium

The history of the"Militia Sanatorium ” in Naleczow, dating back to the 1980s, became the starting point for the new Arche Naleczow. In December 1983, construction of the 6-story edifice was started by the Provincial Headquarters of the Civic Militia in Lublin. The investment, after the political transformation, was halted due to lack of funds. The shell of the building was handed over to the administration of the County Office in Pulawy, which made repeated attempts to sell the investment. In 2012, the new custodian of the “Militia Sanatorium” became the Military Property Agency, which also made attempts to find a new owner, and there were also ideas to demolish the building in order to sell only the plot itself. In November 2020, the building was saved - Wladyslaw Grochowski - president of Arche Group, who is known for revitalizing historic buildings.

Unfinished for years, the building, now revived, combines classic character with modern style.

Arche Naleczow has preserved the authenticity of the architecture, while giving the interiors a unique character. The property offers 308 rooms of various standards to its guests. TheRetro Restaurant serves dishes inspired by local cuisine, providing a unique taste experience. And for those who want to admire the panorama of Naleczow, a Sky Bar has been prepared along with a summer music stage.The Arche Naleczow Conference Center features a modern space with a total area of 850 square ^meters. 4 flexible in terms of arrangement conference rooms, equipped with the latest technological solutions, can accommodate up to 500 participants, depending on the preferred spatial layout. High-speed Wi-Fi and access to natural light ensure comfortable working and meeting conditions. We want to integrate with the local community, so in September 2023 we organized an OPEN DAY. It was an excellent time to meet with Naleczow residents, exchange views and ideas on the development of our community. All those interested could see the progress of the work, listen to Ms. Magda Sidorowicz Director of Real Estate Sales, who, together with Mr. Artur Trukawiński General Director of Arche Nałęczów “Militia Sanatorium”, talked about the facility, conference rooms, rooms, spa, as well as about the open air painting... yes there was an open air painting session during the work on the construction site....

Open air painting

At Arche Naleczow, spring is awakening to life, and with it the facility takes on colors literally and figuratively. Some time ago, we held with us an open-air painting workshop, during which wall murals were created in the hotel rooms. A group of young people under the supervision of experienced instructor Monika Wojciechowska - Arche S.A.'s Artistic Director - made murals designed by Jagoda Wysokińska and Zosia Prokopowicz - students of the Józef Chełmoński State High School of Fine Arts in Nałęczów. Ultimately nearly 400 wall paintings will be created in the facility, with their design referring to the prevailing design of the communist era.
