Well-organized holiday package

We rate our stay at the hotel very positively – we were a larger group during the holiday season, when the hotel occupancy was very high, and each of us felt very well taken care of. The hotel staff was top-notch, with special thanks to Mrs. Żaneta, who quickly helped organize our small family celebration and took care of all the details of our stay. All our requests regarding the rooms and the organization of the family lunch were fulfilled, and the rooms themselves (superior) are very spacious and comfortable. A big plus for the large pool area with an outdoor jacuzzi (although the water temperature in the pool could be a bit higher). The breakfasts were tasty and varied, and the holiday package was very well organized – both the attractions and the children's animations, which were conducted with great commitment and were very much enjoyed by the children.

Our kids are delighted!

We have been here three times already. This time we chose a superior room and additionally got one with a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The room is very spacious, ideal for a family of 2+2 (children aged 4 and 6). The service is impeccable.

The pool with a paddling pool works great, the animations as well (in the summer they take place daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and are some of the most interesting we've seen (and we have quite a lot of experience). The hours are also perfectly suited for parents. In addition, various activities are organized; before arrival, we requested the schedule, so we knew exactly what would be happening. During the previous stay, the children also participated in bartending workshops and were very satisfied as well.
