Lublin Tourist Voucher – PLN 300 subsidy for a stay in the Lublin Region
What is the program?
The Lublin Tourist Voucher is an initiative of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship, carried out with the Lublin Regional Tourist Organisation. The program provides for around 8,333 electronic vouchers worth PLN 2.5 million in total. Its aim is to boost tourism in the region outside the summer season and reduce the negative impact of the situation beyond the eastern border on Lublin's tourism industry.
The program aims to increase tourism, extend the season beyond the summer months, support the local tourism industry and strengthen the Lublin Region's image as an attractive, safe destination.
How much is the subsidy and what can it be used for?
Each voucher is worth PLN 300. It can be used for a stay of at least two nights at a participating hotel establishment in the Lublin Voivodeship. The voucher is personal: it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and may only be used as a lodging-service subsidy at a registered participating establishment.
Who can benefit?
The voucher is available to adults who are Polish citizens, with particular focus on seniors and holders of the Large Family Card. Some funds are specifically intended for people aged 60+ and adult holders of a valid Large Family Card. Another pool, funded by the regional government, is available to all adult Polish citizens—not only those from outside the region, but also Lublin residents. Important: each eligible person may receive support only once, and the number of vouchers is limited.
Program schedule
- 24 August 2026 – applications opened for accommodation providers (hotels, motels, guesthouses and other registered establishments); applications remain open throughout the program.
- 2 September 2026, 10:00 – Lublin Tourist Vouchers began being issued via lubelskiczekturystyczny.pl.
- September–November 2026 – vouchers will be distributed in three separate rounds, from 2 September through the end of November 2026; stays under the program will also run from September through November 2026.
How do I book a stay?
The voucher is generated individually in the online system at lubelskiczekturystyczny.pl. It takes the form of a unique electronic code worth PLN 300, used as a subsidy when booking accommodation at a registered participating establishment. The list of participating hotels, guesthouses, agritourism farms and other accommodation providers grows with each new application.
Where does the funding come from?
The program costs PLN 2.5–3 million total, depending on the data source: PLN 1.5 million from the Lublin Voivodeship budget, the rest from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. Lublin Voivodeship Assembly councillor Wojciech Sosnowski advocated introducing the voucher.
Why choose Nałęczów?
One of the most appealing destinations where the Lublin Tourist Voucher can be used is Nałęczów – an intimate spa town in the Lublin Upland, at the heart of the Puławy–Kazimierz Dolny–Nałęczów tourist triangle. The town is known for its healing microclimate, picturesque loess gorges and tranquil atmosphere, which has attracted spa visitors and tourists for generations.
The town's heart is Spa Park – recently comprehensively revitalised, it now delights visitors with atmospheric paths, a cleaned pond, the restored Spring of Love and Love Island, with a gazebo recalling the spa's heyday. The park also features the neoclassical Małachowski Palace and historic spa houses, including the “Prince Józef” Sanatorium and “Stare Łazienki”.
Nałęczów is also closely linked to literature: Bolesław Prus and Stefan Żeromski wrote and holidayed here, and separate biographical museums commemorate them. In town, see Prus's famous bench by Małachowski Palace, walk along Artists' Avenue with its imprints of famous hands, and follow the picturesque Lime Avenue. Families will enjoy Nałęczów Mini-Zoo, while water lovers can visit Atrium Aquapark, with pools and saunas. In August, the town comes alive during balloon competitions popular throughout Poland.
Thanks to its proximity to Lublin (approx. 25 km) and Kazimierz Dolny (approx. 19 km), Nałęczów is an excellent base for the minimum two-night stay required by the Lublin Tourist Voucher rules, combining spa relaxation with visits to the region's key attractions.
Use accommodation voucher at: Arche Nałęczów
One place where the Lublin Tourist Voucher can be used for accommodation is Arche Nałęczów (formerly the Militia Sanatorium) – a four-star hotel in the spa centre, awarded first place in the 2025 Competition for the Best Tourist Product of the Lublin Voivodeship. It is one of the region's largest accommodation and event venues, offering 308 rooms and around 650 beds.
Why use the voucher there?
- Location in the spa centre – the hotel is in central Nałęczów, near Spa Park and the Nałęczów Gorges, putting all the attractions described above within easy reach. Lublin is just 25 km away and Kazimierz Dolny 19 km away.
- Extensive wellness area – guests have access to an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, a salt grotto and La Perla Clinic, offering beauty and relaxation treatments.
- Family attractions – an indoor play area, playground, seasonal activities and creative workshops make the property suitable for both seniors and families with children.
- Dining and entertainment – the on-site Retro Restaurant serves dishes inspired by regional cuisine. In the evening, visit Sky Bar on the roof for views of Nałęczów or the Lux Sfera café-club.
- A unique setting – the hotel occupies a former sanatorium left unfinished for years, combining historic architecture with modern style. It is an attraction in its own right, even for guests not using the wellness facilities.
