The Hall of Optimism offers as much as 1500 m² of usable space, providing almost unlimited design possibilities. It is a space created with large-scale events in mind - from conferences and congresses to banquets and galas. The hall allows for organizing a banquet for around 700 people (a conservative estimate, subject to further optimization). Room division and dimensions
The Optimism Conference Room can be divided into three independent parts: A, B, C, providing great organizational flexibility. The entire room is 38 m long and 37 m wide, offering an impressive main space.
Room A measures 38 m in length and 22 m in width, ideal for large conferences and plenary sessions.
Rooms B and C each measure 16 m in length and 15 m in width, suitable as workshop or breakout rooms.
Each room has the same height of approximately 805 cm, adapted to the construction and technical installations. The division of space allows for organizing several events simultaneously. This solution maximizes the facility's functionality.

Each part of the Optimism Hall will be equipped with modern multimedia equipment, compliant with the Arche network standards. Professional conference sound systems are planned to ensure excellent sound quality during events. The hall will be prepared for presentations, broadcasts, and hybrid events. The opening of the Optimism Conference Hall is scheduled for September 2026. Already at the construction stage, the hall is generating great interest among event organizers and business clients. Reservations will be accepted in advance, allowing events to be planned even several seasons ahead. The Arche Nałęczów team will support clients at every stage of event organization.
